↠ If your print has been damaged in transit, please get in touch via the form on the shipping and return page within 2 days. Prints are eligible for replacement only if they have arrived damaged. Please photograph the packaging and the print to document the damage as I may need to review this in order to make a claim with Royal Mail or Parcel Force. The print will need to be returned before a new one can be issued to ensure the integrity of the limited edition. For damaged prints, return postage is covered.
a note on packaging
I talk about this in much greater detail in my environment policy. In brief, I have spent a long time researching the packaging I use to make sure it's environmentally sound.
I am continually working to reduce my environmental footprint and not contribute to waste. I actively encourage customers to reuse any packaging that comes with their purchases until it reaches the end of its useful life, and then recycle where possible.
Labels are a bit of an environmental nightmare as their backing paper cannot be readily recycled and therefore goes straight to landfill. If you order two or more gift boxes, it's likely that your order will come in a box packed out with shredded backing paper from the labels I use on my products. This means I don’t need to bring in virgin packing material, and the backing paper serves a second purpose before reaching landfill. I encourage you to reuse this shredded material for the same purpose.
